APA Virginia Releases 2011 Publication, "Managing Growth and Development in Virginia: A Review of the Tools Available to Localities"
APA Virginia has released the 2011 edition of its publication of Managing Growth and Development in Virginia: A Review of the Tools Available to Localities (October 2011). The publication can be downloaded at http://apavirginia.org/documents/legislation/Toolbox.pdf
According to APA Virginia Chapter president Jeryl Phillips, the publication is now in its seventh edition. It "has proved to be a valuable resource for those seeking to understand current enabling legislation as it pertains to land use planning in Virginia, and includes modifications made to Virginia’s planning and zoning enabling authorities during the 2011 General Assembly Session."
