PGG Q&A

The PGG Q&A session has been set for November 12, 3:30-5:00 in the Annex and Prince Street polycom rooms with some attending by phone.

This time slot fits with the most of you who responded. For those of you who cannot meet at this time, I will schedule another of these sessions in late January or early February next semester - hopefully you'll be able to attend at that time. Or, if possible, maybe you can work it so you can attend this one. Let me know because I may have to switch rooms if we get more than expected right now.

Locations:

1 - Blacksburg - for now - we'll meet in the upstairs conference room in the Annex - it will be tight - we may need to move if more of you can fit this into your schedules.

2 - Alexandria - meet in the original polycom room at Prince Street.

Tentative Agenda:

There is no formal agenda - this is really an informal Q&A for you to ask questions about those things unclear to you at present. We'll likely at least touch on the following:

1 - suggested timeline on p. 9 of the handbook

2 - committee make-up - SPIA members, non-SPIA members, non-VT members - p. 6

3 - creating your plan of study - pp. 23, 24, 25, 34, 35

4 - forms (is there a form for that? default answer - yes!) - where to find them and what to do with them

5 - other
