Sodexo is hiring a Sustainability Specialist to supports the Better Tomorrow Plan and its sustainability programs in North America focusing on the environment, health and wellness, and local community development. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting
our efforts to measure our sustainability performance within our company, at our client sites, in our logistics operations and our supply chain.

The position supports the implementation of Sodexo's Better Tomorrow Commitments based on a platform of robust measurement of our performance. The position will assist in the strategic planning and evaluation of our sustainability performance measurement program, evaluating ROI for sustainability initiatives, and conducting meetings and trainings, and deployment of unit level measurement tools.

The successful candidate should have:

*A collaborative and dynamic work style
*MBA preferred
