Housing Paper Competition with $1K Prize, Submissions Due by Oct 15

Housing Policy Debate (HPD) announces a paper competition for authors presenting housing-related papers at the upcoming 2012 Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning conference to be held November 1–4 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The competition will be judged by the HPD associate editors. The winning author(s) will be announced at the conference and awarded $1,000 by HPD.
