This forum will feature two national experts speaking on a wealth of valuable and intriguing data on the potential demand for smart growth communities. Joe Molinaro of the National Association of Realtors will share the results from NAR’s national poll on the types of communities in which Americans want to live and offer perceptive analysis into the choices and tradeoff's being made by households today.
Shyam Kannan of the RCLCO - who is known for his dynamic presentations - will share the most comprehensive data to date on changing demographics and local market demand.
